10mm or 13mm belts, or what?

they call him the streak Member 2002, 400 posts SQ 182.5, BP 130, DL 240 552.5 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq	Hey everybody....first post! I'm thinking about buying a belt. It'll mainly be for heavy (for me) singles in squat and deadlift. I've been happy training without one for the last couple of years but, moving more weight now, I think it makes sense. What do y'all prefer in terms of belt thickness? Cheers.

Its quite flexible after alot of use now but gives plenty of suppoer. Ive tried on an inzer 13mm single prong aswell and found although being VERY supportive the stiffness of the belt dug into my hips alot and caused a fair bit of pain. This is just a personal preference.
