It was probably lost in the rest of the s**t above. I did them and got good gains on my 5's. Not so much on lower reps, but that may be down to other influences.

Same lines myself. Every now and again I would cut back on the load and push the reps a bit for a change & see how high I could go on the 10 - 15 rep range. Quite often it was only for 3 - 4 weeks then back to the grind, but it was fun trying some times and feeling the legs turn to jelly at about 10reps and trying to push 5 more out. To say the power cage and bucket outside the door got some use was putting it mildly.

I personally prefer the stiffest possible.

looks like I may have a comp coming up, so these will have to wait now, I'll be knocking the reps down and upping the weight. Perhaps try higher reps after Xmas.
