Competition Information

The Sugden Christmas meet is open to all Sugden website members.

Lifters will be asked to pick up to a maximum of three lifts and then go for PBs or rep PBs on them.

Lifters are asked to donate £3 each towards Adlington Barbell club for the use of the facilities.
