done somthing to my shoulder at training last nite and i cant afford to miss any training sessions

anyone know a good physio in leeds/bradford area luke c isnt your dad one?


got a shooting pain in my upper abdominals and a constatnt pain in my shoulder area

FFS Milsy!! I don't know any decent ones in Leeds/Bradford but I know superb one at the far side of Manchester if you can be bothered travelling? He's a guy called Stuart Cosgrove. He owns a place called Cosgroves physio fit centre, you'd need to google it.

He a former mr Great Britain and used to train with Dorian Yates when he was mr olympia. He REALLY knows his s**t!!

i would use lukes/johns dad sure he does bolton too.

went to these guys today and belive me i will be going back worked wonders with my shoulder feels 100 times better was all down to tension in my upper back
