Is this a pb? I'll have to check the chart to find out. Safety Squat Bar Squats belt only - well these are nastier than I remember Bar x 5 - ok so far, feels normal 70kg x 5 - weirdly difficult 150kg x 3 - should kill myself for this feeling hard 170kg x 2 180kg x 1 190kg x 1 - there was at the most 200 - 210kg there. Strange, so much harder than a normal bar. I think they're a keeper though! | ||
