Put 90 down too fast, gift lift tbh 90 98 105 pcln pjerk Positives 1 category down, into 77 officially +12k sn, +10k cj, +22 total Roughly a thousand kg in reserve Negativea Last month has been pretty s**t in many ways in and out of trainig which affected My psychology badly but at least i can learn somethig from it What im lifting is maybe 20-30kg below what i could Next one in 8 weeks, goal is to lift to par! Huge thanks to Trav fo his guidance last few months, i will make up for todays lifting at the next one. Possibly no vids as i didnt take any!

Stay positive of course but also realistic and make sure the problems you encountered in the competition are worked on in training . Always train with the competition in mind . I wish you all the best going forward, it's a hard sport for tough men !! Keep smiling pal x

So off it goes but i wanted to try. Thanks Mark. I have made plenty of mistakes in the last month or more that i only realised far too late, but live and learn. I am not done yet
