bodyweight 83-84kg, been doing tens for a month so heavier than normal.

slow buildup to next comp and some spectacular performances. doing it this way as I cleaned 130 with a 150-160 squat about 6 weeks ago and power snatched 97.5 so time to get some strength.

Thanks very much dudes; it was hard work.
Andy I have been doing 3 sets with the top weight or within 10-20kg, with a 2nd day of 20kg less for 3 sets. I wasnt going to ever do just the one set, that isnt what got me to the top of the 10s mountain.

Its just the above. I made it up although as im getting good results I am happy to conclude my plans are getting better. Alternatively wait for me to expand it to a 100 page ebook.
