But having said that the video shows perfect bslance between the two I guess it's time to start squatting again and watch your total raise as your squat does I snatched 95kg this week and was chuffed with how it felt do I know how your will feel about your personal best | ||

PhillipeMike, 240-250 is the short term goal sure, 110/130 is in my muscles but not all joined together. Although as you well know, you set a goal, you reach it, then it becomes insignificant so I will keep working as I am. With regards to Sinclair, 251 is 300 sinclair, 255 is Russian candidate for master of sports, 239 is English standard and 252 British so around these numbers there are a few little milestones for a beginner lifter like myself. If I can snatch 110 at current strength levels then I don't think there is really anything to worry about technically, there is a tiny bit of looping back at the top of the pull as you say but I am not missing anything because of it and it is nowhere near as bad as what it used to be. | ||
