It's all banter with me mate.

Used since I was 16. That isn't something I would recommend obviously.

I can do 300/220/300 off (well on TRT). That is testosterone levels equivalent to what a healthy male produces naturally.

16 WOW
How old are you now then and you reckon your past usage has necessitated the use of TRT?

I'm quite shocked TBH, I was thinking you was going to be nearer my age (45)
Your obviously very well informed so hope that will save any major health issues in the future.

I intend to still be lifting and setting PBs in 20 years time. I spend time on just trt and not on loads so as to not burn out.

The idea is to drop a weight class every 5 years from age 30 onwards. I am hoping to get to 1000kg raw total before then.

My last PB was aged 43 (pre tri tear) and been training since 19 so definitely doable, shifting body-weight takes a bit more willpower tho.

That's cool mate. Hope you make a full comeback from injury. I had acl done a couple years back. Not a pleasant experience.

Well I am currently 151kg @ 5'9'' so haven't really got anywhere to go bodyweight wise other than down haha

What sort of base did you have at 16 mate? Physically and also strength wise?

Did you notice a steady rise in numbers over the years or mainly big jumps when you were blasting etc?

Does being on trt affect fertility?

And being 151kg at 5'9 is awesome

My genetics are good. At age 16 natural I was able to close a number 2 captain of crush, bench 100kg, and run around a 12 second 100 metres. I was around 75kg lean when I joined a gym. I then went on and trained hard but had no clue what I was doing really. This lasted for about a year but then I came off with no pct, drank, went out and got pretty fat. I trained as a natural fatty before going back on at around age 20. At age 20, having done no drugs for about 2-3 years I was 130kg of fat, with 260kg squat no wraps, 165kg bench, 265kg deadlift and 130kg strict press. In those days I trained strongman style and never benched only cg for assistance. If I benched without hammering push press etc first I would have done 180kg paused with a very narrow grip. Since jumping back on then, progress in terms of body composition and lifts have been gradual.i generally improve all the time unless I am injured.

Bench progression over the years
100kg age 16
140kg age 17 on gear
140kg age 19 natural and fat
180kg aged 20 (gear)
200kg aged 21 @ 110kg
220kg aged 22 @ 125kg
240kg aged 24 @ 145kg

Yes, my sperm count is currently 0. But that is down to me between 22 and 24 using literally a ton.
It was one of the deciding factors for prescribing me trt.
It will recover with hcg, which they will also prescribe.

Haha it gets you some funny looks alright!

My immune system is absolutely battered atm. Sucks not being able to afford HGH anymore after 2 years on it. No colds while on it then 4 colds in 2 months off it.

I don't actually know Hall personally so don't want to comment on it mate.

I wouldn't personally speculate in public on what sponsored athletes take as it can cause issues. I pay for it all myself so speak freely about supplement use.

I total around 900kg and use 10ml most weeks and insulin. That doesn't mean stronger guys use more. However, gear is legal in the UK so athletes are generally quite generous with doseages.

Out of respect please don't ask me to speculate on what other individuals use. More than happy to discuss my own experiences as you all know.

Thats interesting. If i dont take a ton of l glutamine leading up to taking HGH i suffer badly with mouth and throat ulcers. Is this something you ever came across whilst using GH?
