cheers mate. It's not too bad most of the time, just flares up occasionally. I do some specific stretches to loosen shoulder, pec, traps etc, will be getting some more sports massage, osteopathy, and a quick massage with tiger balm as part of warming up. I'll had anti-inflammatories if that does work. Beyond that I'm getting a scalpel out and going in for a dig about lol.

Just a bit of overuse inflammation that flares up, need to watch it so that it doesn't do too much damage if there are tendons rubbing or impingements.

Plays up when I bench with high frequency and intensity.

Weight 107.2

High car by goodness and plenty of sugar, Nutella, pasta, rice and spuds.

Not bad for 2700-3300 KCAL per day and hitting 250-420g carbs a day!

Thanks mate, they're going OK. Squat felt strong, bench not quite at its best, but hoping the next 5 weeks will peak it nicely for comps.

These were OK, I was sinking them into the suit a bit, but it's fairly loose now and I was struggling to hold my back shape forcing depth so didn't go too crazy.

I think I can get 270-280 to depth, will find out in a couple of weeks unless my back gets worse.
