I train raw on the deads mostly. I always use a suit to lift in a comp though, more to keep my belly in than for any assistance it provides.

Cheers Michael! 265 triple next week and then try to up it to 5 with 265 into the end of the Year.

Got Liam's opener in a shirt for the GBPF comp. He's looking more comfortable in a shirt now and hopefully will lift to his potential on the day.

Yes Tony - I enjoy the carrying events especially and am a reasonable presser.

I might try and do a comp towards the end of the year, once I've done a few of the powerlifting comps I've set myself to do.

Reasonably pleased with the way the bench sessions are going, making small gains. Got a Super Katana on order from the States which I will try on after Christmas.
