I will find someone with suitable camera holding skills, the lifting gets more interesting as of next monday, i get to go back to the normal lifts.

Felt a spasm in my back, been reliably told it's my glute medialis, guy put his thumb in and it eased it off, put some brufen gel on it and it's feeling better.

Played an hour of touch this morning then an hour throwing so doing some lifting was somewhat ambitious.

Did the p2p phase 2 for weightlifting up in leeds today, pretty confident of getting through to phase 3. Ran a 4.38 30m which i was quite happy with but then found out i'd been beaten by a girl, the fact that she's a sprinter only made it slightly easier to accept.

Somewhat eventful as i went over to look at someones lifting and heard an almighty crash. After i'd done 240 some guy had proceeded to unload all the weights off one end of the bar and it had cartwheeled off the rack. Nearly killing someone in the adjacent squat rack.

Fast tracking power athletes into powersports, i made it through from 800 in phase 1 to 16 in phase 2, don't know what the cull was for phase 1 but fairly large. I've got until january for the next phase so i'll probably actually get some practice in doing olylifting by then. Also i have no idea how to move s**t from my phone to the computer.
