I'm not really ready, being out on the lash all the time has kind of messed with training. Piss around session with a flat mate yesterday, only stuff worth logging was a 110 hang clean and a 162.5 raw bench pb. Met a guy who knows Shaun, junior weightlifter called pete.

Really enjoying it, think i might be transferring from maths and physics to just physics as i can't get into all the pure stuff in the maths, really boring and hard. Arms today can't remember everything but lots of work on grip aswell.

:-)

They are a super secret training exercise for a MASSIVE BENCH...subscirbe to Pearceside-Barbell for just 15 pound a month and you too can learn the....take that 15 pound an sponsor 5 lil Africans!!!

I showed Joe how i did my triceps assitance training once (extensions with a barbell to the throat pressing/extending in a straight line above the throat) and he has named the exercise after me ever since tho im pretty sure its called extension to throat! Dave Tate (Tate Press), Greg Panora (Panora Pushdowns), Paul Anderson (anderson squats) eat your f**king heart out!!!
