Did well at the push pull and the watt bike, just off the records on the push pull but well over their targets. Really well on the counter jump aswell, best in my group and next best weighed 73 to my 115. they f**ked up the standing long and the overhead throw. Had to stay in the same place on landing, and wouldn't let your feet leave the ground on the overhead throw, the gb heavy throws coach was pissed about that as it takes the power part out of it, which is what they were looking for.

Throwing went well, did a full turns after my broken down ones and getting better, still can't deliver like my stand but getting there.

I keep up to date on your log, probably should post on there more. Still the strict pressing animal that i remember and now with added power, on to a winner.
