Thanks, i only got a quick look at the town after i'd finished the open day. I won't be going to any nice parts though, just dodgy student dives.

There's quite alot of strongman stuff near it, not too far from gloucester or strength-tec. You should come for a session then a night on the piss.

Squat
bar 5x5

Back circuit
120kg stiffleg
CSR 35kg
Pulldowns(11)
Low pulley rows (8)

8 reps, 30 secs rest between exercises, 2 mins between circuits.

Bench with 20kg of chains, annoying thin 15kg bar
55x4
75x4
95x4
All paused from now on
115x4
135x1
145 2x1

Internal and external rotations

Back circuit is the grinding part, i then rewarded myself with laying down. This was easier than last time due to the fact that it didn't involve as many compound movements. Which may be quite a good idea as this works all the smaller muscle groups, though i'm still not sure how to get my middle back, maybe heavier on low pulley rows and not as strict.

if you think its near strength tec your probably deluded lol its prob about 2 hours

Google maps lies to me so often, it didn't look that far.

Bike

Squat

40x5
60x5
80x5
100x5
120x5
140x5
160x3
180 4x3

These were harder than they should be, got easier as i went on. Squatting to touch a box which is well in.

Close grip bench (20kg chains)
40x6
60x5
80x5
100 2x5
100x3 didn't push it as no spotters.
Joseph_Walton
Bike and box jumps

Conventional deadlift
70x5
110x5
140x5 add belt
162.5x5
182.5x3
205x6

Hipthrusters

110 3x8

Standing tricep extensions
50kg 4x6

Fingers crossed, truncated session today as i'm meeting some friends before they go off to uni.

Bench with 20kg chains
605
80x5
100x4
120x1
140x1
147.5x1 PB and hard
No chains
147.5x1
157.5x1 PB very long pause, i seem to crumble under heavy raw weights, it drops the last 2 inches or so into my chest

Squat
70x5
110x4
150x2

Pushing hips back felt alot easier to keep upright, not fighting it as much.
Joseph_Walton
Bike and 70kg stifflegs

Back circuit
130kg stiffleg
wide grip pulldowns (9)
Shrugs 80kg
Low pulley row (stack)

3 circuits, 30 seconds rest between exercises, 2 mins between circuits. Went heavier and with less strict form on the low pulley rows to work the middle back more.

Pearce extensions
40x5
60x5
80 3x5
