I've squatted 500lbs raw (1 rep). It's not that special a weight. Seems very doable to me that a bodybuilder with colossal legs wearing a suit could do 23 reps. Remember, bodybuilders are good at repping.

3 days ago - arm fluff.

2 days ago - finger extensor training.

Today - zercher lift - 2 singles with 188kg.

I'm ill with a sore throat and runny nose. I'm disappointed that daily tangerine consumption didn't prevent this from happening.
