26th August 2013 - Posted by Rob Sugden Barbell today celebrates its seventh birthday, with the site continuing to grow strongly and passing a number of milestones over the previous year, including over one million forum posts.

The site has served just under 4 million visits and 48 million page impressions. With visitors spending an average of over 12 minutes on the site, this equates to over 93 years of viewing time between all visitors.
