Richard Looney Responds to Derek Boyer Accusations

Richard Looney, Irish Strength Association Vice-chairman, has released a detailed response to allegations made by Australian strongman Derek Boyer regarding this past weekend's Master's World's Strongest Man competition where competitor Simon Flint suffered a serious knee injury during the car roll event.
Boyer
claimed on Facebook that he pulled out of the event due to TV production being put before athlete safety - claims which Looney and others strongly dispute.
Looney claims that looking after Boyer during the competition build-up was 'like looking after Lady Gaga' and that he left the wife and daughter of Glenn Ross in tears after a confrontation with them.
