Member 3417, 55 posts SQ 220, BP 127, DL 282629.0 kgs @ 90kgs Eq | 27th dec feel rough started developing a cold over xmas-got shopping decided to train bench anyway garage gym 35ks x 10 55x5 65x5 75x5 85x3 85x4 ( not trying hard enough 1st time) 105x5 just from stands back to 86ksx3 quite pleased with that considering, hope to feel a bit better by Friday least this cold seems to have curtailed my xmas drinking somewhat... | ||

Member 3417, 55 posts SQ 220, BP 127, DL 282629.0 kgs @ 90kgs Eq | got to pick car up this morn MOT thick end of 300 quid garage gym free stand sqt 50k x 8 flat bench 30k x12 50kx 5 70kx 5 80kx1 91kx3 only just got last rep best ive done lately board press 90k x 3 partial shoulder press 20ks 2x8 TRX row x8 abs stretch should be up for 100ks bench now at least think I`m about 98 bodyweight will probably be having a good drink tomor ( contradiction in terms ) lucky to still be on the planet really- hopefully many more workouts... | ||
