Osteopaths offer a much broader range of treatment as you tend to find chiropractors often specialise in specific areas of the body. Both very useful people to have on board.
A good physio or osteopath is worth his/her weight in gold!

You lifting at the gpc south west qualifier?
if so, the gpc calender is rammedfull this year. If you need longer to recover theres a comp just about every month and if it means you can come in 100% and at your strongest then it maybe worth a think.

I get what your saying about it being a press. But strongman isnt known for its strict lifting technique so if you can use leg drive to get ahead of the next man, why not? I know if one more rep was all that stood between me and a title sure as f**k id be using my legs too!

Whys everyone picking on shaw! Leave the little guy alone!

Shaw never did 200x2 in training
pure luck and adrenaline maybe to do it in competition

Isnt nailing the coordination for the press a good thing? It came across negative. I was always under the impression leg drive was a big part of pressing (altho i obviously see how a strict press is a greater display of pressing power)

The romanian stuff? Ive heard some mixed reviews but the doses used by these people where at apposite ends of the spectrum.

The best ones ive had where a digital pair for around £20 from tesco even tested them with one of the competition weights from our gym for an in house D/l comp we did. They where spot on.
