Traps killing from Mondays workout - Press Rep Tonight

1. Push Press - 3x8 @70kg

2. Close Grip Bench - 3x8 @70kg

3. Pause Press - 2x 12, 10 @40kg

4. Pull Up - 3x6

Meant to do some minor works but not fully into it tonight.

How are things, did you have to give training a bye for a bit? I had seen your you had stopped logging regular on Ross Training.

I pretty much started following this site on your advice and only started logging again recently, noticed you are pretty much the same way.

See still strong as ever though, are you still looking to compete in a lifting comp?

Felt pull in my lats at start of workout and just ended up with an easy workout.
