Enjoyed this workout and probably closest to strongman type exercises, room for progress

Some sled and prowler work, only to try out. Joined a new gym which is more suitable for style of training.

18/09/15 - Squat Speed

1. Squat - 8x3 @85kg

2. 3Sec Pause Squat - 3x8 @70kg

3. Front Squat - 2x5 @70kg

4. Farmers - 3x60mtrs @40kg (First time with farmer handles for speed, good)

5. Sled Pull - 1x60mtrs @60kg
