Sign in 10.30 First Event starts at 11 EVENTS 1 - Duck Walk/Sandbag Carry: 100kg Duck walk - Sandbag TBC 20m each way 2 - Deadlift: Max reps in 60 seconds 150kg 3 - Farmers Walk: 50kg 40m (20m and back) 4 - Kettlebell Toss: 5 kettlebell's over 3.5m, 60 seconds 5 - Overhead Medley: 45kg Circus Dumbbell/60kg Log/ TBC Keg Press Outdoor Comp, With marques for events and covered viewing if sunny Scarborough lets the side down. £3 door entry fee for all spectators.
