Their stuff is really artsy fartsy.

Pretty sure they're trying to raise money to put out a dvd too, not really progressing though lol..

Synthesis of Copper containing complexes with edte.

Was still playing with it right until the last minute. Horrendous feelings.

Very nice.

By the way, how many gym memberships do you have? Every video seems to look different to the next.

Has anyone ever asked to work in with you?

Of which, 90% goes towards the prize fund. Wink

Anyway, another lift from today so i can get some hate thrown at me.

That drive up from the bottom is unreal.

Mind if I ask how old you are and what's your training history like?

Nice one!

Maybe they'll start giving strongman a look in over at BBC sport.

Gutted I missed the squats, the equipped bench was horrific though.

Does anyone know how popular SPF is in the States compared to other feds?
» protein 'timing' is bullshit (Go to post)07-12-2013 @ 19:24
"Finally and importantly, the majority of studies were carried out on untrained subjects; none employed elite bodybuilders or athletes. There are numerous differences between newbies and experienced lifters, including anabolic responsiveness, the ability to train at higher levels of intensity of effort, the capacity to recruit the full spectrum of muscle fibers, etc. These factors may or may not have an impact on the importance of timing. We simply don’t have enough info to make a determination. Moreover, limitations in the measures used to assess hypertrophy (i.e. DXA, MRI, CT, etc) might not be sensitive enough to show small effects that might be meaningful to competitive athletes. So if you are a highly trained lifter where it is essential to achieve absolute hypertrophy, it makes sense to consume protein as quickly as possible post-workout; doing so certainly won’t hurt and possibly might help, albeit to a small extent."

I just took it on the chin that it was tough s**t and there was no way I could afford it

Aren't people donating to Tom Martin's fund?

Anyway, I don't think it pays out unless the goal is reached.
» Guide to foam rolling (Go to post)05-12-2013 @ 17:17
Was really into foam rolling but don't do it anymore (and doubt I'm missing the effects either). Seems like it worked via placebo personally but if people find merit in it then so be it.

Plus it makes the judge's order to destroy the blood samples found at Fuentes office even more ridiculous.
