01/07/13 deadlift beltless 3x6 160kg, belt on 200kg pb Beltless squat triples 110kg,120,120,120,110x6 rdl 110x10,120 2x10 all double overhand power shrugs 140kg Got the 200kg pb which is a great milestone to hit. will keep going now, onwards and upwards. | |||

28/06/13 all beltless squat 125kg 2x6,1x8. 140kgx2 front squats and some pause squats 90kg. ab roll outs not a bad session, squats didn't feel particularly great but managed to get 8 reps on the last set. 2nd rep on 140 was very slow and difficult! | |||

23/06/13 Squat beltless 4x2 127.5kg, 2x2 120kg deadlift beltless 3x8 150kg, belt on 190x2- some kind of pb rdl 150kg,130kg power shrugs 130kg 2x20 bb row 2x10 60kg pretty certain 200kg is there for the taking now, will wait to the end of this cycle and then perhaps go for it | |||

20/06/13 squats- all beltless 117.5kg 2x8,1x10 135kg 1x3 paused squats 100kg 2x5 Squats were great, pushed for 10 reps on the last set for fun lol tried overhead squats with the bar and felt a burning like no other in my shoulders/upper back. may try and work on these for some gainz | |||

13/06/13 squats 112.5kg 3x10 beltless pause squats 92.5 3x5 ab roll outs. restarted the cycle on a lighter weight and beltless 15/06/13 bench 90kg x3, 95kg x4,100kg x2 ,70kg x11,60kg xlots bb rows 4x10 70kg pull ups guns bench was good today, i could have nailed 5 reps on 95 but spotter helped out too early. not to worry. fun sesh | |||

11/06/2013 bench 3x3 97.5kg paused bench 2x5-6 reps 77.5kg, 65kg x10 incline db bench 4 sets 24kg ss pull ups around 5-6 sets extensions and curls bench felt really s**t to start with but as i warmed up it got better. pull ups were easy today, hence i did lots. Fun session, bench is slowly getting better | |||

10/06/13 Beltless squat 110x2,120x1,130x1,140x1 pb Deadlift 182.5kg 3x3 pb rdl 150kg 7-8 reps,120kg 10reps squats were okay, definitley had about another 5kg+ after the 140. Deadlifts were heavy but do-able, although i did get a bit of back rounding which was annoying. Never used to get that even when i did 195 back didnt really round. I did used to hammer the rows though so that could maybe be why Going to restart the squat cycle on a lower max and do it beltless. Undecided on deadlift plan, think i could possibly be in shape to pull 200 but id might aswell aim high, think i will do another deadlift cycle then max | |||

05/06/13 squat with belt 145kg 3x4, 1x2, 110kg 1x7. beltless 90kg x10 front squat 60kg some abs squats felt seriously heavy today. think i will just restart the cycle at a lower weight now, possibly beltless | |||

04/06/13 bench 4x4 92.5kg drop set 60kg around 15-20reps cable flys ss db bench 26kg arms bench was fine today, had a rep or two in the tank on each set of the 4x4. |
