dunno the name of the women commentator but apart from the oscillation thing she keeps saying, many people back squat in a gym but try a front squat they are so much harder summat along them lines anyway. bloody annoying woman .

so i have weak hamstrings reckon i should do more stiff leg stuff then, i normaly do deadlifts first but i warm up with light squats

So whenever i deadlift anything over 160 my legs start to near the lockout just above my knees. Anyone why this happens and how to fix it? thanks lads and on a sidenote is anyone doing the anglian open in cambridge
