I broke my thumb about 6 weeks ago it was the distal phalanx bone or the thumb tip. So the splint has now been removed and i cant really move it much at all, can anyone help on mobility work for it as i used to use a hook grip for deadlift and would like to continue. thanks

do you reckon them lifting hooks would be better than straps, and are zerchers a decent deadlift replacement?

hi sugden, so fractured the tip of my thumb playing 5 a side footbal like a knob and i cant dealift or generally hold things with my left hand. I can front squat and bench but not at max weights, the doctors have said it will take 6 weeks to heal. I was planning to do my first comp at the west midlands divisional on november the 18Th will I still be able to compete and can someone help me on how i should train in the meantime?

hi is there a powerlifting team/gym anywhere in cambridge? I go to anglia ruskin university and used the pro-am fighters gym but it got shut down. I havent really found anywhere that is really suitable except kelsey kerridge but it is quite expensive.
