My name is Jay I am 28 and I have been competing as a bodybuilder, now I am in my off season I thought I would give powerlifting and strongman a try. I aim to do a local strongman show and the UK open powerlifting championships.

80kg was when I was alot weaker , gona go for 100kg with better rom next time.
