12/11/2011 Back really hurt from squatting today, realised the problem halfway through, expensive problem Warmup: externals/internals/facepull/dislocates DE Squat bar x 5 x 3 (2 chins between sets)added o band after about 50kg tension bar x 2 x 2 (2 chins between sets) 70kg x 2 x 2 90kg x 2 (added suit straps down after) (got sets wrong so..) 90kg x 2 x 3 110kg x 2 x 6 (looked at video of form found my back was hurting cos my arse was tucking well under making my lower back actually round) Changed suit to my mates (bigger) suit problem went away almost instantly and form improved 110kg x 2 w 20kg chain aswell as 50kg bands bands 110kg x 2 x 3 w 40kg of chain and 50kg bands Pullups 6,5,4,3,2,2 GHR 8,8,8 10assisted Abs (ss with GHR 25,15,15,15 My horribly small suit has become even smaller, cos ive definately not grown.... so new suit/briefs sigh... | |||

you talking about the 110kg mate, it didnt travel down towards your feet, maybe a bit but not that much but it drifted right back over your face at about 2/3 the way up maybe either overcompensating but i dunno... | |||

11/11/2011 DE upper Warmup lat pulldown/reardelt + external/dislocates DE bench bar x 15 x 3 (added 20kg chain after) bar x 3 x 2 40kg x 3 x 2 (60kg x 3 x 3)x 3 with alternating grips, actually really felt this in my tris cos of the chain Swiss Bar JM press with 20kg chain 30kg x 8 x 4 (40kg x 3, 30 x 10, 20 x 10) had been really struggling on the first 4 sets to get 8 but smashing the bar into my face gave a massive adrenaline buzz so... (40kg x 6, 30kg x 6, 20kg x 6) Swiss bar BOR 40kg x 25 50kg x 25 x 2 60kg x 25 x 2 Pull ups 5,4,4,4,3,3,2,2,1,1,1 Rolling tri ext and DB clean (12.5kg x 20 ext + 10 clean) x 3 (20kg x 10ext + 12.5kg x 10 clean)x 2 | |||

Warmup indian clubs(at home)/External rotator work/pulldowns/groin stretch DE Squat bar x 10 x 3 (band added now, 50kg tension) bar + bands x 2 40kg x 2 60 kg x 2 (briefs on) 80kg x 2 (100kg x 2 x 3) x 3 Sumo Speed pulls (w briefs) 70kg x 1 110kg x 1 x 6 150kg x 1 Bent over row 60kg x 25 x 2 80kg x 15 x 2 60kg x 20 Reverst Hyper (improvised hanging over smith machine) Back hurt so did these really stretched out my back, stopped it hurting from being tight 15x 4 (no weight) Standing lat pulldown (ultra high rep work just read about it so gave it a bash) 50(rep) x 3 ab pulldown 20 x 4 went home and did ghr 10 unassisted 7,7,7 tweaked my calf doing the last set so im gonna give it a week off doing these and just do hip extension stuff for ham work Session 2 (same ultra high rep type recovery work, felt good after doing it strangely) akle weight ham curl 1kg (per leg) x 100 2kg x 100 Fly 1kg x well over 100 2kg x over 100 Band pushdown (orange band to change tension) 100 rep in 1 set | |||
