Think i would av been good for 3 on 260 but
stopped at 2 for sum reason.

Bent over rows

Didnt feel tht strong on these, havent done them for ages tho.

Easy these, nice and strict, used to do them every week and built upto 145 x 6 but dnt think there an important movement so ended up scrapping them earlier in the year.

Was gonna sack these off after warmup because i could feel the pain in my rear delt strait away, decided to take a narrower grip tho and it worked with no pain at all, only prob was i couldnt ge the bar low enough on my back so i foubd my self tippin forward again but i suppose its better than not doin them at all.

Stiff leg deadlifts

Very hard last set but screamed out the last rep, very happy.

Reverse lunges

Gettin better but still struggling with balance when stepping back with the right leg. These get my breathing really.bad aswell.

Have had too pass on training today, been helping dad with coaching and my backs flared up from holding pads etc.

Got some young lads arm-over-arming a couple of heavy punch bags chained together which they loved.

Hopefully back will have calmed down for training 2moro, maybe standing press, some jerks and bit of core work.

Not far off my top on this now.

Bench press

Progressing slower than incline but heading in the right direction.

Rotator cuff work and flexibilty to finish.

Seems a bit of a mixed bag then.

I feel crap now theyv warn off, back pain has died down tho.

Suppose ther was no hope for me considering i get drunk off 2-3 pints haha.

Been to the doctors today to speak about a possible operation on my spine and he prescribed me tramadol to take in the mean time.

I took 2 a few hours ago and i feel strange to say the least haha.

A very simialr feeling to when my mate used to think it was funny to drop ectasy in my drinks years ago.

Think these will be going in the bin or saved for emergencies, they do seem to have helped with the pain though.

I remember when i was younger thinking how cool back somersaults looked but never dared try them.

3 years ago i got it into my head that i wanted to do one and that i was nt going to stop trying untill i did it.

Mastered it within a couple of days from standing, amazing feeling when i hit my first one ha. I was only 80 kg then though so think i'd struggle now.

Front somersaults always seemed harder to me, never managed one of those.

Somersaults are the use of no hands whilst flip are where you use your hands to push back over onto your feet.

The heavier sets felt lighter than before so hopefully 90 for 6 and 95 for 4 next sesh.

Squats

177.5 x 2 B*****d shoulder twanged big time, absolutely killed.
177.5 x 2 Switched to high bar but still to painfull.

Pissed off with this, felt decent with these tday then this happens, i tried the bar slightly lower than usual but obviously not flexible enough yet, will try and do shoulder dislocations everyday now. Pain went off within a minute or so of ot happening so hopefully ok, will know in morning.
