Member 535, 618 posts SQ 267.5, BP 140, DL 275 682.5 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq	Post Edited: 16.06.2009 @ 16:47 PM by strange1 just been asked to put this to you guys to find out how many would be intrested in swindon and wiltshires first strongman novice comp on aug 15th or 16 @ ironworx gym ,Greenbridge Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 3LA sponsored by THE NUTRITION WORX swindon 1st prize £150 +supplements 2nd prize £50 +supplements 3rd prize suppulemts entry fee £20 inc comp T-shirt events (to be confirmed ) medley tyre ,loading (barrels rock sacks ect) from 50kg to 100kg maybe a drag deadlift 220KG for rep's (standard oly bar) log 90kg for reps yoke 250kg for 20m farmers 110kg in each hand for 20m and atlas stone's 5 stones from 90kg to 150kg platforms starting at 150cm going down to 110cm hoping to have a bar open in the rugby club (swindon RFC) and burger van and maybe and i will look into a bouncy castle for the kids there may be scoope for doing and inter/open class as well depend on intrest the owner of the gym is looking to Promote ironworx gym and strongman me or rich have not put on a comp before so any ideas will be taken onboard PM me if your intrested in this comp cheers lads John Strange1
