Not to be confused with JC Member 60, 366 posts SQ 140, BP 75, DL 150365.0 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | hi all i wanted to get you opinions on whats good for improving the lock out strength. am i right in thinking it is alot of triceps at that point? i seem to have been stuck for a long time on my push press. however my strcit press is awful. im thinking of giving push press a rest, till at least my back is fine and i can clean and push press a log again. and for now concentrate on strict press, close grip bench and dips etc to build up the tricep strength, as well its s**te. cheers | ||

Experts opinions vary Member 290, 2552 posts | Agree with JC - my OH is s**te too, but am continuing with push presses, strict presses (behind neck at the moment) and tricep work (CGBP and lockouts). I have found that on the odd occasion when I actully get the push press tech right then the weight flies up..![]() | ||
