Thanks. There's another 10 to get and the challenge I set myself 18 months ago will be done. Lots of interruptions, was supposed to be done earlier this year, so will be glad to be done with it. Then on to reps with 100.

Goblet squats (paused) – 16x5, 24x5
Double KB front squats (paused) – 16+24 x5. 2 sets
KB OHP – 16x8. 2 sets

Swings/push-up (on the minute) starting with 12/10 down to 12/1. Harder than I thought it would be.

32kg KB arrived. Had to try it out, push pressed it comfortably with each arm.

Over Christmas the plan is to treat every session like a light Sunday session

DB OHP – 34kg x 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 3+1/4 (left/right)
OHP – 40x19
Squat - 40x5, x10

Rack pull – 120x5, 138.5x5, 157.5x5 (jack s**t)
Rack chin fatgripz – bw x15+6+4

Floor-to-ceiling bag work

Squat – 40x10, 60x10, 80x10 paused, 100x15 paused. No sleeves or belt

OHP fatgripz – 40x5. 2 sets
Rach pull-up fatgripz – bw x5. 2 sets

Decided the only thing I'd put much effort into would be the final OHP set

5/3/1 fatgripz OHP – 40x3, 46x3, 51x11
KB swing (24) - x10. 4 sets

GM – 40x10, 45x10, 50x10
Pause squat – 40x5, 45x8, 50x8

KB OHP (24) – x12 each arm

Quite enjoying these easy sessions

Did a quick floor press/power curl session on Sat. Slight IT band issues so didn't squat.

Today:

1 arm 'medley' (24kb x2 strict, 32kb x1 push, 34db x2 push) 2 rounds
KB OHP – 32 x3 each arm. 2 sets
DB OHP – 34x5 right, 34x4+1 left

BB OHP fatgripz – 40x19 – 30s rest – 40x8 push press

Rack pull – 130x3, 140x3 (mistake), 166x3
Powershrug - 120x12

Not impressed with pressing

Conditioning:

Swings/push-ups - 13/10-1
35 push-ups
Some arm work.

Still frustrated with my pressing, it does seem to be stuck at the 70kg-ish mark.

Ill yesterday, took it easy today

Warm-up KB complex - swings x10, goblet squat x10, clean and press x5 each arm, rotational swings x6. 2 rounds.

Fat gripz close-grip floor press - 47.5x10, 57.5x10, 67.5x10, 77.5x9
Squat - 60x10, 80x10, 100x10, 120x1
Power curl - 55x10. 2 sets

Decided to simplify the training again, going to alternate the above with:

OHP - 5/3/1
One arm OHP - 3x3, 2x10
Rack pull - 5/3/1 + 1x10-15 power shrug

Light session last night, lots of these lately but it's better than doing nothing.

OHP - 40x5. 3 sets
KB swing - 24x10. 3 sets

Rack pull - 120x5. 3 sets
KB OHP - 24x10
Power shrug - 100x5. 2 sets

Serious IT band issues, no way I can squat tonight. Been told that foam rolling is the answer, have one on the way.

Close-grip fatgripz floor press – 47.5x10, 57.5x10, 67.5x10, 77.5x10

Squat – 50x10, 90x10, 110x20
Pause squat – 90x5. 2 sets

Power curl – 60x10
Grip work

Foam roller got me squatting relatively pain free. Decent start to going harder again.

Smashed it tonight. Well, it was ok, and that's better.

Fatgripz OHP 5/3/1 - 43.5x5, 48.5x3, 55x9
1 arm DB OHP - 34x 1, 2, 3 each arm. The BB work limited this a lot, but it still sucks badly. Lot of it is form and confidence, a couple of reps rocketed up, others were wobbly grinders.

Rack pull 5/3/1 - 138.5x5, 157.5x3, 175x5
Power shrug - 100x15

KB OHP (24) x11 each arm
KB swing (32) x10. 2 sets

Yesterday - 10 mins with the sandbag. Wrecked me, need to work on it.

Today - light/medium session. Torqued my back a bit this morning.

OHP - 50x5. 2 sets
Goodmornings - 50x5. 2 sets
Core crushers - 50x5 each side

Squat - 80x10, 80x10 paused, 80x5 long pause. Very easy, still having hip issues though.

Eagle - double KB, 6 sets of 4 squats. Not done this since Christmas, so struggled a bit.
