has any one tried cooking mince on the george foreman, how did it go? did you season it with anything?

I did it a few times, it ended up to be a sort of meatloaf.

What I did was to season and slightly brown the meat in a pan first, mix it all up good and add in a couple eggs to keep it together. I put all that onto the Foreman layered it out and left it too cook.

Tasted good.

i made turkey burgers by just squishing mince, salt and pepper into little burger shaped things and it went brilliantly. don't make em too thick though otherwise you'll have burnt edges and raw insides!

used to do homemade burgers and cook em on the george formby, were well nice, can't really imagine what else you could do with mince on one??????? suppose you could make kofta kebabs but it would flattne too much i think
