left the country satisfied Member 10, 19241 posts SQ 240, BP 150, DL 270660.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | none of these calculators are of course perfect, but out of all i have seen online, this one gets my lifts the closest: http://www.muscletech.com/CALCULATORS/ONE_REP_MAX/one_rep_max.... the good thing about this is that you need to specify is it squat, bench or dead and the percentages are slightly different accordingly. But for some they may be way off, for me thats been the best one. | ||
