 hernia returning due to hobby of patient Member 1306, 1907 posts SQ 270, BP 202.5, DL 340812.5 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | Just watching some old youtube vids, and realised kevin nee was competing in worlds strongest man at 20 years old! obvisouly hes a very strong bloke, but how the hell has he not achieved more in strongman? that was 5 years ago, and i cant rememeber him winning any titles.. Obviously he has been injury prone, but still imo he could or should be better than he is now. Im not bashing the guy, he seems like a cool guy just wondering your thoughts? does he have what it takes to be a futre WSM? | ||

 Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22056 posts | I wish him a speedy recovery. Kevin doesn't naturally have a giant frame (check out the ankles  ). Maybe that's why he's been plagued by injury? Just a thought.Great dead lifter. | ||

 Big fish in a small pond Member 1150, 2101 posts | wouldnt that be re-injurying his bicep as hes had a bicep problem before, hes very strong statically hes got a 400kg deadlift i believe, but you need to convert all that static strength to strongman. | ||

He said something about having torn his pec recently so was asking the crowd for encouragement on the 2nd event (deadlift) but something went again quite early on - pec or bicep not sure. | ||
