Does anyone know anything more about Stirling unis gym or any others? Thanks.

Member 1274, 142 posts SQ 192.5, BP 147.5, DL 222.5 562.5 kgs @ 74kgs Eq	The gym I train at in Strathclyde Uni in Glasgow city centre has a couple of decent bars, Eleiko weights and an ER squat/bench stand. A few powerlifters train there. There isn't any guest membership / single session access, and you have to join their Sport Centre (I'm sure you can find their web-site). There are quite a few gyms in Glasgow area that have decent powerlifting stuff - I don't know too much about any around Stirling.

They had just had a few new platforms put in, and all their kit was new and in good condition. They have some institute of sport stuf on campus, so I imagine they keep the gym pretty good still. Music was always s**t though

no really Irish Member 1196, 5908 posts SQ 312, BP 230, DL 320 862.0 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq	Stirling Uni is really well equipped they have 5-6 platfroms/cages, elieko+ivakno bars, Plyo boxes etc. Only been in 2-3x but it's got all you need.
