groin/hip flexor pain at bottom of squat

Has anybody suffered this? Noticed it last week but managed to get through my sets. Then this week when warming up the pain was pretty noticeable so didnt squat...might leave it a week but wondered if there was anything I could do in the mean time...cheers

Also I squat pretty narrow and high bar...

Sounds like tight hips, not sure how long u spend "warming up" but I now do 10-15mins of proper stretching before squats thesedays and totally eliminated that pain and tightness.

Mobility is very underated and under used by most.

Cool guys cheers I will check out a few of those things, bought myself a rumble roller....its pretty horrendous!
