Then this week when warming up the pain was pretty noticeable so didnt squat...might leave it a week but wondered if there was anything I could do in the mean time...cheers Also I squat pretty narrow and high bar... | ||

Member 4098, 532 posts SQ 235, BP 150, DL 260645.0 kgs @ 93kgs UnEq | Sounds like tight hips, not sure how long u spend "warming up" but I now do 10-15mins of proper stretching before squats thesedays and totally eliminated that pain and tightness. Mobility is very underated and under used by most. | ||
