SUCH A SHAME!) But this company is definitely worth investigating if you are looking into it yourself, they're her go-to for getting it in the UK. She's brought some back from South Africa and the local game meat there is on another level... But these guys do well. Be sure to get it fatty for best flavour (and I recommend the garlic flavouring!)
