BENCH

1) PAUSED BENCH (COMP SIGNALS)

1x5@60kg
1x3@80kg
1x1@90kg
1x1@100kg
1x1@112.5kg
1x1@125kg (MISS)

2) 3s PAUSED BENCH

1x5@90kg
1x5@95kg
1x3@100kg
1x3@102.5kg
1x3@105kg
1x3@107.5kg

3) ISO BENCH (1" OFF CHEST)

3 sets of 20-40s

NOTES;

Blurgh, didn't expect to make 125kg paused, didn't really give it all I could but got it 3-4" off the chest but stalled and I couldn't push through. Decided to sack off all short pauses now and just keep 3s paused bench, last time these brought my bench up fairly quickly and think it could of continued but I didn't give it enough volume (or time).

This time I'll work alot of triples and see what happens. I dont want any doubts on my pauses from now on, not that theres a massive difference between comp pause and 3s (its 120 to 122.5) but just for sake of simplicity I will keep it to one form of pause.

Bench doesn't seem to be moving anywhere just yet, but I don't think it understands how much persistence I have Grin
