Aaron that is my max mate can't move any more! Am working on strength hard at the moment. That's a 20kg pb post games I was cleaning 190 off a 200 deadlift

It'll be interesting to see if a 50kg increase in your deadlift has a big impact on your clean. I'm hoping so! I'll be following this with a lot of interest.

first day training up in sunny north wales! was feeling hanging after being stuck in the car for over 5 hours but was nice to have a change of setting.

got everything that was set done tho as 3rd day of active rest!

couple 140 snatches and 190kg x3 front squat. Strong stuff!

Just noticed you snatch with a belt on, do you ever hit it by accident?

yes mate snatched with a belt for quite a few years now but I'm not always bothered if its on or off i tend to only use if I'm going to be going heavy! never hit it no! makes me fell a lot more solid as the weight is coming off the deck
