deadlifts and assistancehad another bit of bad luck 2day, slipped on ice this morning ended up in hospital with a dodgy wrist, turns out its a small fracture, but because my hand is full of them and floating bone from previous injuries they cant determine weather its new or old, back in 10 days for the result...
still got a sesh out...

all with good depth but yet again had to stop due to my lower back getting pumped really quick and a little bit of pain.. could be down to weakness in core or hamstrings???
