If you eat meat, eggs, cheese, nuts, seafood then you will get plenty of it in you.
Pete, I'm sure you will be fine without supplementing it!!!

It's a very anabolic ammino acid and causes a massive insulin spike when consumed alone (5-10g is usually enough) and an even greater spike when consumed with carbs.
It also tastes rank!

You can get tablets which solves the taste problem. The article recommends taking 4g between meals (3 times per day) Do we want insulin spiking 3 times a day? If we spike insulin 2 hours after food (and 2 hours before next meal-as described) what happens?

Supplement companies just find ways of selling you stuff you have already for more money.Dont eat that bread and potatoes buy this waxy maize starch & maltodextrin infused pre workout supp.
Dont drink milk, but here by this Milk Protein Powder.
Oh you already have whey protein? Its not as good as BCAA's
Got BCAA's ? it would be better if you got separate pills with Leucine, Taurine, Arginine, Alanine, Tyrosine etc...
