Event 1: Standard Deadlift – 120kg for reps (Straps and suits allowed) – head to head. Event 2: Yoke – 180kg for 15m – head to head. Event 3: Axle – 40kg for reps from the floor. Event 4: Medley – 70kg Farmers into 80kg Duck Walk for 15m each – head to head. Event 5: Atlas Stones – 80kg over low Yoke for reps. 75 second time limit where applicable.
