Subject to correction the same as usual

Weigh in starts 9.00 and ends at 10.30, lifting commences at 11.00

Well we have to meet up, drink tea, eat bacon, drink more tea, talk bollox, eat sausages, greet people we haven't seen for a while, try to remember the one's we can't, talk more bollox, wander round like we haven't a clue what's going on and generally get in the way. That takes time, so I hope to be there just after nine

You could well be the Hannibal Smith of the loaders. I like your plan

Fraid so, a few have volunteered to help so everyone should get a break.

What time is it likely to finish Bryn?

My lovely workplace want me in Chelmsford for 8am Monday morning, which means me leaving to get there on Sunday evening.

Great timing... Roll-Eyes

Girls and slim lads probably half 1 to 2 ish, heavier chaps about 4 to 5 at a guess

Depends where the cut off point is. There are only the 105, 120s and the 120 pluses heavier than you. I guess you will be classed as slim on the day, but I am guessing. It all depends on how many of each there are

I wondered whether i should bite the bullet and enter a comp next year. This settles it.
Or do lifters not do that stuff Grin

Of course they do. Weigh in 9.00 commence eating 9.01. If you're a heavier chap you can eat loads before a 2 pm kick off.

I'll just have to see what happens. I normally try to buy train tickets a bit in advance to get them cheaper but I'll just have to pay as I board.

I'm guessing I will be on the train by 7pm. Deep joy. Unhappy

I've not got the list in front of me but there's a lot of light lifters so good chance 93's will be the "the big lads" on the day
Avatarbrynevans
The good news is the railway station is just a couple of minutes walk away.
