The GBPF website isn't telling us much these days and the competition section on here is nearly empty. I'm attempting to plan a few things for next year. Cheers. | ||

However plenty of guys lift for both feds. I myself will do this coming year. | ||

Sorry to those in the C & D groups for leaving before you lifted - I had to get back down to London.
