Date confirmed: 14th December at: COLISEUM GYM 55 TELSEN CENTRE THOMAS STREET ASTON B6 4TN This will be a full powerlifting meet along with a raw bench press contest. All lifting must adhere to GPC rules, as such littler no straps on the deadlift (or for any other bum boy that wants them either, get a grip man!). I have been persuaded to lift, but believe it or not on the dark side and doing the bench only, the rest of the time I will undoubtedly be slave labour and be loading. Lee mentioned last night having no entry fee but no trophies either if this suits everyone.

Member 194, 3976 posts	Fair enough, I can't be arsed to put the gimp s**t on for a while now, so tis gonna be raw stuff until either the bpc Manchester or Welsh next year. I am however gonna take the reffering test and become a ref, just so I know what I am talking about.
