This seriously impressed me! Has anyone ever been able to do this on the bench with 600lb? His pressing speed doesn't change much all the way through!

892.5 kgs @ 158kgs UnEq		i have never been as amazed at a feat of strength as i have with Spoto , i am truly chomping at the bit to see what this guy can achieve , we could have a 750 bencher on our hands soon.

As far as I know, he is a bench specialist. I don't know if he even trains squats and deadlifts.

I'm sure I saw on one of Mark Bell's videos that 750lb could well be what he does in November.

Supertraining that are running the comp, usually put up live streams. With so many talented people going head to head (Stan, the Lillibridge family, George Leeman and Eric shooting for some huge bench numbers) I'm going to be glued to it!

He had a link over at t-nation

Think he said squats used to be his best lift before a motorbike accident and bench was second.

Think he still works squats and deads in the 700lb range though.
