I've not looked on any website only what they have on the board at the club i thought the 24th was when the opens is taking place. I know alot of comps are happening around the same time.

Had a good few weeks back at Olympic lifting but my body is feeling alittle bit batterd from all the tehnical work ive put in to get some flexibility back etc.. Gonna have a few days off to give my body a rest.. Will be back at it on Monday..
