 Stronger than the PB chart Member 196, 456 posts SQ 400, BP 250, DL 4001050.0 kgs @ 156kgs UnEq | We're putting on a novice/inters comp to kick off are new gym !! Events will be ; 1 Overhead medley ; 53kg dumbell, 80kg block, 100kg log, 120kg axle, 2 Tyres flipped ; 300kg or 440kg tyre flipped for reps 1 with the 440 out points the 300 3 Deadlift medley ; oly bar 200kg, axle 250kg, fat handled farmers 280kg, car deadlift 300kg. 4 sled drag with rope/harness 15m then prowler back 5 fingals finger reps 6 last man standing atlas stones onto a 4' platform T-shirts,trophies an prizes plus cash for the first person to lift our 240kg stone !! £15 entry , max 20 competitors cheers Rob | ||
